Sirius, a binary star system located approximately 8.6 light years away from Earth is the brightest star (actually a binary star) in the night sky. Sirian Starseeds are here to learn about the human condition. They want/need to clear and balance their human energies here and then help others to do the same. The core mission of the Sirian Starseed is to serve humanity by providing spiritual guidance, lessons and support, becoming beacons of light. Ultimately they want to act as guardians and caretakers and to achieve spiritual enlightenment and ascension as a species.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

#1 Play the video and allow the music to wash over you.

#2 With eyes open, rotate your eyes clockwise and counter-clockwise three to four times, stretching the eyes as far as possible.

#3 Take a deep breath and hold for 5 seconds, then roll your eyes up as far as possible for 5 seconds.

#4 Close your eyes.

#5 Take a deep breath to the capacity of your lungs and hold for a few seconds before you slowly exhale… Repeat the breathing a few times…

#6 When you feel ready, place both hands on the heart.

#7 Gently open your eyes and allow them to rest lightly on the writing and the kaleidoscope patterns (whatever draws your attention at the time). Don’t try to analyse or translate… Just be like a sponge and allow the activation to move and do what it needs to do…

#8 When the music ends, or when you feel that you fully received the Activation clap your hands or snap you fingers a few times to fully come back to this now reality.

#9 Repeat this process as often as you like.
