The most powerful time to work with this healing portal will be at dawn, or very early in the morning. Sit facing the direction of the sun, close your eyes, and draw the healing light of the sun and stars into your body via your Third Eye and Crown Chakra. You may also want to anoint those chakras with a little Frankincense, Sandalwood, or Jasmine essential oil. Draw healing energy deep into your body. When you are ready, gently open your eyes and allow your eyes to rest on the imagery.
